Check the Status of an Order
Tracking a Package
After making your purchase, you will receive an email receipt and confirmation of your order. You can log-in to your account at any time to track your order. You will also receive an email when your order has shipped. That shipping receipt will also contain the tracking number with a link to track your order.
How to Modify/Cancel Your Order
If you've submitted an order online that hasn't shipped yet, and you wish to modify or cancel the order, please give us a call at 1-207-807-4809.
What forms of payment do you accept online?
AD LOVE American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Pay Pal.
What if I do not receive my order?
If after tracking your order you are still unable to determine where your order is, please call us at 1-207-807-4809 for assistance.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Not yet! But this is a service we want to add soon.

Shipping & Delivery
SHIPPING METHODS AND COST
Every purchase, whether for one item or ten, qualifies for the $5.95 shipping rate when shipped to the US. All products must be placed and ordered at the same time, and the shipping destination must be within the contiguous United States. U.S. shipments are mailed via USPS. For international orders, shipping prices vary and are determined by location. Also, import fees may apply upon receipt and vary by country.
If your order total is $100 or more, you qualify for free shipping within the U.S. International orders do not qualify for free shipping.
Orders ship on business days, Monday through Friday (excluding US Holidays.)
